They do not replace any proposal, quotation, purchase order, contract, annex, service-level agreement, licence, confidentiality agreement or specific terms entered into with a client. In the event of conflict, the applicable specific instrument will prevail.
By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. If you act for a company or organisation, you represent that you have sufficient authority to do so. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website. Browsing alone does not create a contractual, employment, partnership, agency or representative relationship with ZopiTech.

Every engagement requires assessment, scope, conditions and express written acceptance.
